Gemstones and crystals

Within spiritual wellness and more modern Ayurvedic traditions, gemstones and crystals are viewed as tools for balance, awareness, and harmony of body and mind. They are often used to support meditations, yoga, massages, energy treatments, and relaxation exercises. Many wellness practices also combine gemstones and crystals with the chakra system, where, for example, amethyst is linked to the crown chakra. Additionally, the stones can hold personal significance and serve as focal points for meditation.
